START A PARTY THROUGH THE AGES
On June 12th, J&B, the ultimate party whisky, staged their most historic event ever and ‘started a party through the ages’ in Byblos, Lebanon. Promising the assembled revellers a celebration of partying highlights from the dawn of time to the most contemporary setting – where better for J&B to set their party than in the oldest continuously inhabited city in the world..?
Guests started their voyage after an enthralling tour by being whisked out to a fleet of taxi boats, and sailed gently to their grand partying destination as the sun set over the great city. Greeted by Oracles at the breathtaking port in Byblos, they were treated to spectacular light shows, goddess-like dancers and specially crafted cocktails produced by J&B’s finest mixologists.
After the sun had gone down, and the cocktails had been served, J&B set the whole evening to the talents of Lebanon’s finest artists. Amelia Zeidan, the internationally renowned belly dancer, undulated her way through a scintillating set, whilst the DJ duo Ronin & Nesta rocked the guests with alittle help from their Go-Go Dancers. Others too took to the stage, fusing sounds inspired by historic Lebanon to create the perfect soundtrack for the party through the ages.
